Falz nominated as Best New International Act for BET Awards 2016 ( @falzthebahdguy )

Popular Nigerian comic rapper, Falz the bahd guy, has been nominated for the 2016 BET Awards Viewers’ Choice awards in the ‘Best New International Act’ category.

The rapper will be battling Emtee (South Africa), MHD (France), Tkay Maidza (Australia), WSTRN (UK) and Section Boyz (UK) for the award.

Voting for the Viewer’s Choice category will close on June 22, 2016.

The 2016 BET Awards will be hosted by Anthony Anderson and Tracee Ellis Ross and it will feature performances by Alicia Keys, Maxwell and more.

Prince fans will also get to see a star-studded tribute featuring Sheila E., The Roots, D’Angelo and Janelle Monae.

The BET Awards will take place along with the BET Experience at L.A. LIVE in Los Angeles from 23-26 June 2016 and it will air on BET (DStv channel 129) on Tuesday June 28, 2016 June at 19:00 CAT.
