Explosion rocks Isoko Development Secretariat in Delta
Reports have it that the Isoko Development Secretariat was brought down by the
explosion which occurred in Oleh area of the state.
The explosion reportedly hit the secretariat also known as Isoko House amid the
union's annual conference.
It is still unclear if the incident was an act of sabotage or domestic
accident.
