The Independent National Electoral commission, Edo state has raised alarm over
the stolen of it smart card reader in Akoko- Edo local government area.
A statement by the Administrative Secretary of INEC on behalf of the Resident
Electoral Commissioner, Mr. Sam Olumekun and made available to journalists in
