New Spain Coach Recalls Costa, Mata; Drops Fabregas, Casillas, Cazorla

New Spain manager Julen Lopetegui has recalled Juan Mata and Diego Costa to the
national team after both England-based stars missed Euro 2016.
Spain will play Belgium and Liechtenstein in Lopetegui's first games since
